About
Hi, I’m Michael.

“I’m a San Diego local… Questions? Just email me; you’ll hear back from me, not a call center.”
What Localkept does
We build websites for local businesses from what’s already public about them: their own website, and public records such as a license board where one applies. Then we show the owner the finished site at a private link, before we ask for anything.
If an owner keeps it, we run it for them: hosting and upkeep, their domain, their Google reviews shown live, and changes whenever they ask, by text, email or their owner portal. It’s $99 a month, or $150 a month with their Google Business Profile kept current too. There’s no setup fee, it’s month to month, and the domain and a copy of the site are always theirs to keep.
Why build first
A finished site is easier to judge than a sales pitch. Owners see the real thing first, and only pay if they keep it. Nothing on a preview is made up: anything we couldn’t confirm is shown to the owner to approve before the site goes live.
