Websites for restaurants and cafés

A website for your restaurant or café, done for you

Someone looking up a restaurant usually wants three answers: is it open, what’s on the menu, and how do I get there. A restaurant website should make all three easy to find on a phone, and make the place look like somewhere worth going.

A sample we built: Little Ember Café

Sample · fictional business

The top of the home page of Little Ember Café, a fictional sample business, on a computer screen.
The same sample home page on a phone.

The Little Ember sample puts “Hours & directions” right beside its call button, and rings its logo with what’s on offer, from espresso to beans to take home. Little Ember Café is a fictional business in the made-up town of Wrenford, with a (555) phone number and an .example address. We built it to show our work. It isn’t a customer.

What a restaurant’s site needs

  • Open or closed, at a glance

People often check your hours before anything else. Put them near the top, closed days included, the way the sample shows “Closed Mondays”.

  • A menu in real text

A menu written as text reads on any phone and is easy for search engines to read. A photo of a printed menu is neither.

  • Directions in one tap

Your address with a map, so someone can go from reading about you to walking through the door.

  • What makes the place yours

A line about what you cook or brew, and why. The sample quotes the café’s own line about coffee, breakfast and lunch made in its kitchen.

  • Room for the menu to change

Menus and hours change. Text us the new dish or the holiday hours, and we update the site.

  • Reviews, live

A good word from a stranger goes a long way when choosing where to eat. Your Google reviews show on the site exactly as written, and new ones appear by themselves.

How we’d build yours

Your own website and what you publish about the place give us the menu, the hours and the address. We write the rest around them and design the site to feel like your room. Every site is made for its own business, without a template.

If your current menu is only a photo or a PDF, send it to us once you keep the site and we put it on the page as text, so it reads on a phone.

The food photos on a preview are stock-style images made with AI. Your own dishes look better: send photos once you keep the site and we swap them in.

Questions restaurants and cafés ask

Can people order or reserve through the site?
If you use an ordering or reservation service, we link the site to it, so the button takes people straight there.
How do I change the menu?
Text it to us, email it or use your owner portal. Small changes come back done, with a link to see them.
Does the $150 plan help on Google Maps?
It keeps your Google Business Profile current: hours and services updated, photos and posts added, and replies to your reviews that you approve first. That’s the listing people see when they search for somewhere to eat nearby.

See your own site before you decide

Tell us your business name, phone and email. We review every request, and if we can build a preview from what’s already public about your business, we email you the private link. Looking costs nothing.
